Backline NYC was created out of moments of true need. We have experienced first hand the desperation of needing a drummer, an amp for a show, a single place to find our friends’ shows.

We created Backline because music communities function best when people can actually find and support each other in real life. We found that existing platforms can’t fully provide that sense of instant connection. Backline brings everyone into one local, music-first space designed to make collaboration and discovery feel immediate and tangible.

If you’re an instrumentalist, booker, PR agent, music teacher, producer, or literally do anything related to music, Backline is the place for you. We all just want to link and build!
